BLACK CIRCLES-AROUND THE EYES

BLACK CIRCLES
Black circles..around the eyes reduce the beauty of a person,though how beautiful she is,making look her like an overaged person.
Take a few precautions to avoid them around the year there by having a glowing complexion.



  • Make a juice of 2 fresh small peeled potatoes in a grinder.
  • Dip a small cotton ball,in the potato juice and keep on the eyes.
  • Make a mixture of 1 tomato juiceand a few drops of lime.Dip the cotton balls in the tomato and lime mixture and place on the eyes.
  • A juice of Tomatoes,1/2 tsp lime juice,salt and a few mint/pudina leaves,when drunk daily it reduces the darkness of the skin.
  • Apply almond cream(make a paste of 5 badam and milk)around the eyes daily,slowly massage it gently and leave it.
  • Apply creams which have Vit E and C,before going to bed.
  • Mint leaves when crushed and kept on eyes it gives a cooling and soothing effect.
Place soaked cotton balls on your eyes,and take a small nap,there by refresh yourself having a relaxed feeling.

Before taking headbath,apply warm coconut oil..
You can use warm herbal oil too.
Apply hibiscus flowers paste before headbath and retain it for sometime and rinse off.
Apply herbal oil made of hibiscus flowers.
Apply methi paste before headbath,and wash off after one hour.

Apply curds too weekly once.

MICROWAVE OVENS

Microwaves... are a form of the electro-magnetic energy,which
generate electro-magnetic waves, that are contained in the cooking   cavity.

  • The micro waves cannot be seen. But microwaves act in three different ways.
  • Microwaves absorb - the water molecules present in the food ,get stimulated and heated up when the food is microwaved,  and the energy of the microwave is concentrated on making the food cook  faster.
  • Microwaves transmit - they are attached only to water molecules and so they ignore everything else except the food to be cooked.
  • Microwaves reflect on metal - the microwaves  are absorbed by food and pass through materials like glass, china, wood, paper and plastic,  but they reflect on metal for sure.


Ovens types-There are two types of microwave ovens-

  •  Simple microwave oven

  •  Microwave and convection oven.
  • The  simple microwave oven -cooks food ,boils as well as re-heats it.
  • The microwave and  convection oven - not only cooks  but also heats, browns and dries the surface of the food for crisping.
  • This type of combination cooking -is good for tandoori dishes, and the convection system -alone is best suited for cakes and other pastrys.
  • But for microwave / convection /grill combination cooking, the cookware should be both heatproof, and also micro safe.
  • For convection cooking,like cakes,pastrys  the cookware needs only to be heatproof.
  • For microwave cooking only borosil/pyrex glass vessels and only microsafe plastics are used.
  • Say NO-to metal objects in both microwave/ combination ovens.


TIPS ...ON USING A MICROWAVE OVEN



  • Placements  of food-The food must be placed off-at the center as the microwave energy disperses more to the corners and sidewalls.
  • Idlis should be arranged in a circle idli tray with space among them.
  • Chops should be arranged with the thinner areas pointing to the middle of the utensils.

Cooking utensils...Ovenware

  • Ovenware treated for high- intensity heat such as bowls, cake dishes and also bags, film, paper towels, practically any material can be used except metal.
  • But metal can be used for the convection mode.
  • Metallic dishes should not be also used in the combination mode.
  •  Microwave safe  plastic ware declared to be  microwave-safe could be used in the common microwave oven.
  • Ceramic wares can also be used but make sure that they don't have any metallic rim as they may cause arcing.
  • Simple and plain Corelle can be used with no gold colour paint on it.
  • Food items containing high proportion of fat and sugar should not be used in glass utensils, otherwise they can be used commonly. 
  • Melmoware and melamine wares are to be avoided , paper towels, greaseproof paper and cardboard can also be used provided they don't have any staple pins in them.
  • Wood items can be used in the micro-oven but not for a long time.
Container shapes...
  • This is an important factor to be noted. Dishes must be ½ or ¾ filled depending on the liquid content of the food.
  • If the dish is too small, the food will boil over and if the dish is too large the thick curry will spread out and  overcook.
  • Shallow vessels make cooking faster.
  • Cakes, chicken, meat and rice dishes cook well in large bottomed vessels, while round dishes are ideal for cooking vegetables and curry dishes.

SENAGALU-GUGGILLU

SENAGALU-GUGGILLU
  • Soaked channa/chole-2 cups
  • Salt
  • Oil- 3 tsp
  • Jeera-1/2 tsp
  • Urad daal-1tsp
  • Redchillies slits-3 tsp                                                                   more for spicy levels
  • Green chilli slits-1 tsp
  • Hing-2 pinches
  • Curry leaves
METHOD:
  • Soak 1 cup of chole/channa in the water for over night/eight hours.
  • Wash well and cook in a microwave , covered with a lid for 12 minutes.
  • Let it stand for 5 minutes.Add salt and again Micro at 60% for 5 minutes more.
  • Leave it aside to settle for 30 minutes.
  • Place another microsafe bowl with oil in it and Micro high for 30 seconds.
  • Meanwhile drain out the excess water from the boiled chole. 
  • Take out and add urad dal,jeera,red chilli slits and again Micro high for 2 minutes.
  • Now take off outside,and add green chilli slits,curry leaves and hing ,and stir well.
  • Again Micro high for another 2  minutes.
  • Take care  to use only dry curry leaves(washed well and wiped with a cloth and not wet leaves.
  • Now add boiled microwaved chole ,stir well and Micro high for 3 minutes in 60%,and stir well once in between ,then remove out.
  • Serve hot as a snack or with rice.
STOVE TOP METHOD:
  • Place soaked channa/chole in a pressure pan and add water to it and cook till 3 whistles.
  • Add salt stir well and set aside.
  • Place a pan with oil on the stove and add the seasoning urad dal, jeera and red chili slits,and after they splutter add curry leaves ,green chilli slits and hing and stir well.
  • Meanwhile drain off the water from the boiled chole, and add to the seasoning and stir well.
  • Now place a lid on it and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Switch off the stove ,and transfer in to another serving bowl.
  • Serve hot..

  • People in India think that delicacies can be cooked only on stoves/gas stoves in the kitchens..but Thanks to the man who invented microwave ovens,for  ladies are able to spend their time in the kitchen very happily and conveniently without fumes and clutter in kitchens.


  • Those days have gone where women used to spend their whole time from sunrise to sunset ,cooking for the household in kitchens.
  • Microwave Cooking, is a very easy clean and efficient way of cooking.
  • The number of utensils used for cooking would be very less, thus making life easy for the women.
  • Microwave cooking is fast, and different from regular cooking.
  • It takes only one-fourth of the regular cooking time in the microwave than it takes in the normal cooking.
  • So for working women,spending a quality of time with the family by reducing their time in the kitchen /and spending the balance  precious  time with their family, is a boon.
  • Generally we think that delicious dishes cannot be cooked in the microwave oven unlike the normal cooking.

KARELA FRY

KARELA FRY:
Karela /Bitter gourd is a vegetable with many medicinal values used by diabetic persons.Not only it is used as a medicine but it tastes yummy if fried in oil.Taste it and Iam sure you will like it.
MATERIALS:
Karela/Bittergourd chopped pieces-2 cups
(Place karela pieces in a bowl,add 1/2 tsp salt and press,and keep it aside for 30 min.Then ,squeeze the water through which the bitterness of the karela will go)
Oil-1and 1/2 tbsp
Onion pieces-1/4th cup-optional
(Nicely chopped)
Chilli powder-1 to 1 and 1/2 tsp
Salt required.
METHOD:
Place a microsafe bowl and add oil to it,and micro high for 1 min.
Add squeezed karela pieces and micro high for 10 minutes in micro high.
Take out ,and mix for every 2 minutes and stir well.
After the prescribed time is over ,remove out,and add salt,mix well.
Again MicroHigh for 3 to 4 minutes,and remove out.
If you want to fry more crispy  ,then Micro high for another 1 min.
Add chilli powder mix well and serve hot..
They are crispy and tastes good,but if you like wet look like a curry add chopped onion in the first itself after 2 minutes time.


STOVE TOP METHOD:
Place a kadai on the stove and add oil to it.
Now add squeezed karela pieces and fry until they are dry.
It may take more than 20 min in medium fire.
Add salt and chilli powder mix well and serve hot.
Cooking on stove top takes a bit longer time than microwave,
and continuously keep stirring quite often as uneven cooking may take place making the karela over fried in some places..

UPMA
In Microwave-is a simple and easy method for a breakfast/evening tiffin in microwave done in minutes of time.Here is the simple proceedure done in few minutes.
MATERIALS:
  • 1 cup-200 gms-sooji
  • 1 onion -chopped
  • 1 tomato -chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1 tbsp peanuts (roasted)
  • 1tsp Urad daal
  • 1tsp-Channa daal
  • 2 tbsp- curry leaves
  • 2and 1/2 cups water
  • Salt -to taste
METHOD:
 
  •  In a microwave safe bowl roast semolina at Micro high-100% power for 2 mins. Stir in between. Keep aside.
  • In another microwave safe bowl microwave oil at Micro high 100% power for 30 secs.
  • Add mustard seeds, channa daal,urad daal,and micro high at 100% power for 2and 1/2 min.
  • Now add onion, peas,green chillies and tomatoes and micro high at 100% power for 3 mins. Stir in between.
  • Add 2and 1/2 cups of water,curry leaves ,and boil micro high  for 5 mins.
  • Now add,roasted sooji, salt,and microwave at 100% power for 3 to 4 mins. Stir in between.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
STOVETOP METHOD:
 UPMA is the simplest of all tiffins made on the stove,but tasty too with chutney.
  • Place a kadai and roast the sooji for 4 to 5 min in low temp to remove the raw smell.
  • Place a kadai with oil on the stove,and add the seasoning dals and fry.
  • Then add chopped onion,tomato, green peas and green chilli slits,and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  •  Now add water ,salt ,and then let it boil.
  • Now add the roasted sooji and curry leaves and cook for cooking in low temp ,it takes atleast 5  minutes .
  • Switch off and serve hot  with chutney.

  • The first technique for relaxing is  nothing but doing meditation,dhyan,or simply shut your eyes and take rest.

  • You can simply lye down with eyes closed in a room with dimn light,and listen to a calm soothing melodious instrumental music at a low voice,in shavasan method.
  • When the stress and strain increases in the body then by giving it a type of sleep or rest both physically and mentally solves the health problem.
  • Meditation means to send a thinking stressed mind to a deeper state of relaxation or awareness and has been practising since ancient times.
  • Persons who are in good positions,business magnets ,and executives,as well as  officials,they observe relaxation techniques there by keeping their mind out of stress.
  • They relax their minds,often do yoga and regular meditations, or else it would be a big  loss to the nation due to the wrong decisions they take  in crucial times if their minds are not at peace.
  • Go for moderate walks,and do light exercises,and bathe in luke warm water in the evenings..take meals early and go to bed early..have warm milk in the night,and watch how peacefully and relaxingly,you sleep..
  • Following all these steps we can maintain a good health where we relax ourselves.

  • Vitamin C rich foods such as sweet lime,lime,tomato,aloo,leafy veg such as spinach,amaranth leaves,methi,and collard greens,green sorrel leaves,corriander  leaves,guava,apple ,pomogranate,amla,velaga, should be eaten daily.
  • Vitamin- C intake reduces eye related problems,brain related problems,and health related  problems which occur in diabetics.
  • Unhealthiness regarding mental ability will be checked by releasing anti stress hormone.
  • Checks obesity,improves blood count,bones and teeth development.
  • Cures scurvy disease in teeth problems, gives complexion to the skin,and develops the immunity system in thebody.
  • Compulsory intake of Vit-C eradicates in  the body.
  • Check an eyespecialist and also have a diabetic  test.
  • As soon as you cross 35 years of age check your eye specialist ,have an eyetest.
  • Also have an blood test relating to sugar.
  • When you are tired of reading or office work, then just have a cup of tomato juice with a spoon of sugar.
  • In within a few min of time,your brain works sharply.
  • Include all vegetables in a planned way which includes vitamins A,B,C,D,E and etc and calicium and minerals.
  • Stay atleast for ten to fifteen minutes in the sun.
  • Keep an update record of your health by taking regular check ups..

SCRAMBLED EGG/EGG BHURJI

EGG BHURJI/SCRAMBLED EGG:
A good breakfast for both children and elders,scrambled egg gives animal protein and both carbs and vitamins and minerals,is considered as healthy breakfast.MATERIALS:
Eggs- 4 nos
Whisked a little
Capsicums- 1 no. each of
Green,orange and red colours
Potatoes -3 nos
Jalapenos/Green chillies-4 to5nos
According to individuals spicy taste
Gingergarlic paste-1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Masala powder-2 pinches
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt-as required.
 
METHOD:
Place a shallow pan,and place on the stove and add oil to it.
Meanwhile chop all capsicums,and potatoes and green chillies 
in to pieces.
After the oil is heated add chopped potatoes,and shallow fry keeping the lid on.
After the potato pieces turn a bit soft add all capsicum pieces and fry till tender.
Now add salt and green chillie pieces ,gingergarlic paste,chilli and masala powders and mix well.
Lastly add whisked/beaten eggs into the pan .
Wait a little for 1 min and then keep stirring quite often until it curdles.
The egg will be cooked and soft after a few minutes.
Swich off the stove and serve hot.
Add chopped cilantro if you are interested,but here i didnt add as on that day there was  no cilantro left in my fridge..

LIMA BEANS CURRY

LIMA BEANS CURRY:
Lima Beans ..a good source of protein can be used in daily cooking ,a very simple and easy way done in microwave and it is an ideal combo with rotis/chappathis.
MATERIALS:
  • Lima Beans-2 cups
(Frozen beans)
  • Onions-1 cup-chopped
  • Gingergarlic paste-1 tsp
  • Tomato puree-3 tbsp
  • Corriander powder-1 tsp
  • Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp-optional
  • Oil-2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt-as required
  • Jeera-1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
  • Water-3/4 th cup
METHOD:
  • Place a microsafe bowl with 2 to 3 tbsp oil,and MicroHigh for 30 seconds.
  • Now remove it outside,and add jeera and mustard seeds,and again micro high for 30 seconds.
  • After that,add add onions and Micro high for 2 min.
  • Remove it,and add ginger garlic paste and again micro high  or minute.
  • Add tomato puree,corriander and jeera powders,mix well and add 1/2 cup of water.
  • Now Micro High for 2 minutes ,then remove out and add frozen lima beans to the bowl.
  • Mix well and again Micro high for 8 mins for further cooking.
  • Meanwhile remove out and mix well for every 2 mins.
  • Add salt,mix well and add another  2tbsp of water and Micro High for 4 minutes.
  • So, totally i spent 14 minutes on microwave cooking.While microwaving make it a point to take out and mix well for every 2 minutes.
  • Transfer in to another bowl and serve hot with rotis/chappathis.
STOVE TOP METHOD:
  • Pace a kadai on the stove with oil in it,and after heating a bit for half minute add jeera and mustard seeds ,to it and mix well.
  • Now add chopped onions and fry for a little time.
  • Next add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • After 1 minute add tomato puree,corriander and masala powders.
  • And fry for a while upto 2 minutes till the raw smell is disappeared.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of water and simmer on the  stove.And after the water starts boilng add the frozen lima beans.
  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes with lid on.
  • Then after its cooked ,add salt and 3 tbsp water,and then mix well and cook in a low temperature.
  • Garnish and serve hot with rotis/chhapathis.

Planning..Plans should be done in an easy and orderwise,so that we can do them accordingly.

Make it as a compulsory routine,but do not skip in the middle or do it whenever you remember.
  • Assess the uses/gains you had,by a plannning.
  • For eg:When you want to save,and get rid of unnecessary expenses then you stop eating the foods outside regularly in restaurants.
  • There by,you can eat hygenic food prepared in your home and it not only gives you good health, but saves your money too,as home food  is economical.
  • Donot spend you time on unnecessary shoppings or timepass shoppings,as it is not good for your vallet and your valuable time too is wasted.
  • We cannot do all things at a single time,like investing /accumulating money at once. But atleast when we save small amounts of money in regular intervels,we can reach our goal.
  • Share such things with your close near and dear as they too can be inspired and do the same.
  • Discuss with such friends who have the same attitude,and you may get more ideas.
  • Occassionally see the records in which you note all these investments,it can be an inspiration..
Not only for finance but plannings, can be done for every thing or occassion.
  • For example,When you want to maintain health and want to  exercise do it daily without fail atleast for half an hour,and see the differance.

STUFFED MASALA BRINJAL CURRY/MASALA VANKAYA KURA

STUFFED MASALA BRINJAL CURRY/MASALA VANKAYA KURA
 INGREDIENTS:
MASALA POWDER FOR STUFFING:
Ground nuts-1 handful
Urad daal-1 tbsp
Channa daal-1tbsp
Cashew nuts-7 to 8 nos
Dhania-4 tsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Garlic-6 pods
Chilli powder-3 tsp
(for more spicy add 1 tsp more)
Dry coconut-1 inch piece
Tamarind-lime size ball
Salt
For curry:
Curry powder-3 to 4 tbsp
Brinjals-10  nos/250 gms
Onion chopped-1/4 th cup
Tomato paste-1tsp- optional
Oil-2 to 3 tbsp
Salt

METHOD:
Powder:
  • First of all,roast all the materials of the powder except tamarind and salt,and chilli powder.
  • Place groundnuts,urad daal, channa daal,in a micro safe bowl and micro high for 2 min.
  • Remove from microwave and add dhania,cashew nuts,jeera and dry coconut piece and micro high for another 1 1/2(one and half) min in micro high..
  • If you like more crisp micro high for another 30 seconds.
  • Thats all,leave there itself for another 1 min.
  • Remove outside,then add chilli powder and 6 garlic pods while it is hot,and let it cool.
  • After it is cool add tamarind,salt and dry grind the mixture in to powder..




 Curry:
  • Cut all the brinjals into 4 halves with the ends in tact.
  • Stuff the powder in to the brinjals. 
  • Place oil in a micro safe bowl ,add stuffed brinjals and micro high for 1 min.
  • Then remove outside and add chopped onions and 1/2 cup water ,mix well,and micro high for 4 min,cover the bowl lightly with a lid.
  • Meanwhile take out once and mix well one time.
  • Remove outside,and add salt,and tomato paste and add water if  the    curry is a bit dry.
  • And ,mix well, and micro high for another 5 minutes.
  • Let it remain in the microwave oven for a few minutes so that the curry becomes soft due to the heat.
  •  Remove out and mix the curry and cover it.
  • Serve with rotis/steamed rice.
  • Totally the cooking will be 1+4+5=10 min.
  • If u want the curry to be cooked more, micro for another 30 seconds.
STOVE TOP METHOD:
Place a kadai on the stove and add oil to it.Then add stuffed brinjals and place a lid on and simmer for  2 to 3 minutes.
Then add chopped onions and a half cup of water and cook in a low temp  with  a lid on.
Then after the brinjals are cooked and become soft ,add tomato puree   and salt and add a little water and cook for a little while.
Now switch off after it is cooked and serve hot with rotis/chappathis.

Quite often,I do this on stove top and everyone does the same..
But preparing in a microwave is simple and easy proceedure,there by the kitchen looks spotlessly clean.
I switched off most of my cooking to microwave as i found more time left with this type of cooking and i found the kitchen clean even after my cooking..
Here is a variation from routine preparing in microwave,please go through..
MATERIALS:
  • Urad daal-2 handfulls
  • Channa daal-2 handfulls
  • Ground nuts-2 handfulls
  • Dhania/Corriander seeds-1 handful
  • Jeera-1 tsp
  • Red chillies-2 handfulls.
  • No oil required
  • Salt-adjust as per your taste
  • Tamarind-lime size

METHOD:
  • Place  urad ,channa,daals in a micro safe bowl/borosil glass bowl and micro High for 1 min.
  • Remove after 1 min,add ground nuts, and again micro High for 1 minute.
  • Remove out,mix well,and now add red chillies, dhania,jeera seeds and micro High for 2 min.
  • Once again remove out,mix well finally and micro High for 1 minute.
  • Take out after  1minute,and let it cool.
  • After 10 minutes of time , dry grind all the fried daals ,along with tamarind into a fine/coarse powder according to your taste,add salt mix well..and store in a container.
  • The cooking time was 1+1+2+1=5 minutes
  • Check the time, as there will be variations in the power capacity of microwave ovens.
  • I use this powder for idlis/dosas,and also for stuffed brinjal currry/guthhi vankaya kura.
STOVE TOP METHOD:
  • Place a kadai on the stove and dry roast the materials one by one.
  • First add channa and urad daals to the kadai and roast for 2 to 3 minutes in medium temp.
  • Then add groundnuts,and roast for a while of  1min.
  • Then add red chillies,dhania and jeera,and roast ,and switch off after it is done.
  • Then after it is cool add dry tamarind and dry grind into powder.
  • Lastly add salt and mix well.
  • Store in a container after it is cool.

CURD RICE

CURD RICE:
Curd rice..is a simple yummy recipe which can be made very easily even for prasadams for  satsanghs and pujas.It can be easily served as tiffins and journeys.
MATERIALS:
Rice-2 cups
Water-4 and 1/2 cups
Curds-5 cups
Salt
SEASONING:
Ghee -2 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Urad daal-1/2 tsp,optional
Channa daal-1 tsp,optional
Cashew nuts-1 tbsp
(Made into small pieces)
Red chilli slits-1 tbsp
Green chilli ginger paste-1 tsp
Curry leaves
Cilantro chop 1 tbsp

Wash the rice well and add water,and place it in micro,and micro high for 18 mins.
(check the time in your microwave,i cook my plain rice in my oven for 2 cups for 18 mins,power differs for a minute or two,as it depends on individual microwave capacities)
Remove outside and let it cool completely.
Meanwhile pour curds in to a bowl,and add salt.
Place a micro safe bowl,add ghee and micro high for 30 seconds.
Add mustard seeds,urad daal,channa daal,cashew nuts,redchilli slits and micro high for 1 minute.
Mix well and lastly add chilliginger paste,curry leaves and micro high for another 1and 1/2 minute.
Avoid spluttering of the seasoning by placing a micro safe lid lightly on the bowl,or a paper on it..
Remove it outside and mix well with curds.
Lastly add cooked rice ,and now mix well  all the materials along with chopped cilantro.
And now place it in a fridge for cooling.
The curds get easily sour if it is placed outside for more time.
Serve cool.

GREEN PEAS CHAT

MATERIALS:
Green peas-1 cup
(i made it sprouted)
Ground nuts-2 tbsp
Onion-chopped-2 tbsp
Tomato-chopped -2 tbsp
Green chilli-2 nos-chopped finely
Cilantro-finely chopped-1 tbsp
Lime juice-1 tsp
METHOD:
Place green peas with 1/2 cup water in a micro safe bowl,and micro high for 3 minutes.
Remove from micro,and mix well.
If you want it to be steamed more,place in micro high for another 1 minute
Remove outside,and keep it with a lid on,for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile in a micro safe bowl,place groundnuts and micro high for 1 minute.
If you require it to be more crispy micro the groundnuts for another 30 seconds.
Remove it outside and keep aside.
After 10 minutes,drain the if any water is remaining in the boiled green peas..
Now add chopped onion,green chilli,tomato chop,cilantro to the boiled green peas.
Also add the ground nuts and mix well.
Add 1/4 tsp chat masala,its optional.
Lastly add salt and lime juice,and let it settle for a while.
Serve it ,tastes well and can be taken as a healthy tasty snack or munch.

SPONGE CAKE
Sponge cakes are simple which can be prepared very easily in minutes time.I make it very often without icing.
Materials required:




  • Maida/All purpose flour-400 gms
  • Sugar-200 gms
  • Butter-250 gms
  • Hot milk 1cup(optional)
  • Eggs-6 nos
  • Vanilla Essence-2 tsp
  • Baking powder-2 tbsp

Method:
  • Sift maidha/flour,and baking powder for 2 to 3 times,as it mixes well by seiving.
  • Mix butter and sugar well in a flat bottomed dish with a hand mixer.
  • After mixing it well,add eggs one by one and mix well.
  • Now add vanilla essence and mix.
  • Lastly add,the flour and baking powder mix and thoroughly mix it well.
  • Keep aside.
  • Now take the baking tray and grease it with butter.
  • Sprinkle 1 tsp flour in the greased tray and see that it spreads all over the greased tray.
  • Preheat the oven for 180 degrees C for 5 minutes.
  • Now pour the cake batter in to the greased tray.
  • Bake it @ 180 degrees for 35minutes,on low rack.
  • After the cake is baked,switch off the oven.
  • Let it remain in the oven until it gets cool.
  • Remove out and make it into pieces and serve.

There are a few tips which by applying the hair looks glossy with shine in the hair..
  • Apply the fresh juice of one lemon  on your hair to remove the frizziness.
  • These natural products also prevent the secretion of excess oil from the scalp thus preventing greasiness of hair in a natural way.
  • But do not go out in the sun immediately after applying lemon juice as it  discolorises  the hair.
  • Use cold water – The secret of shiny hair is the presence of smooth hair cuticles.
  • If you rinse hair with hot water, the cuticles open up and lead to drying up of hair.
  •  Keep the hair cuticles sealed by washing hair with cold water.
  • If you are an asthamatic or allergic to cold water,use luke warm water..
  • Coffee – coffee powder enhance the hair color,and also gives shine.
  • Prepare coffee decoction  and allow it to cool.
  • Apply the cold coffee thoroughly on the hair and let it stay for half an hour.
  • Keep the hair twisted covered in a plastic cap,for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse with cold water.
  • Also, shampoo and condition your hair if it feels sticky.
  • Healthy diet – For healthy looking shiny hair, you have to eat fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins and other essential nutrients in your daily diet.
  • Take protein rich food..Also remember to drink adequate water throughout the day.
  • Drying the hair – Avoid using a hair dryer until unless you are in a damn hurry very rarely.
  • Blow drying leads to loss of natural moisture of hair, making it look dull.
  • Swap the wet hair with an old cloth /towel and wipe the hair from the root to the tip very gently.

  • Use olive oil-For people with dry hair, oiling the hair is necessary if they want permanently shiny hair.

Stress..now a days we hear this word quite often very frequently..Women ,being sensitive face this,and if neglected the stress leads to many health problems..and there by loosing health,beauty and charm in the face..So here are some tips for a happy,peaceful life,avoiding stress..
  • When you feel stress and strain,slowly deep breathe for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Switch off the cell/mobile for sometime when you feel stress..switch off the system and TV too..switch off the cell one hour before going to bed.
  • Helping others is a good thing,but help only when it is risk free and when you are able to do it.
  • But dont immerse yourself in helping others when it is a tough and difficult task for you..
  • Spend with persons who are positive and happy..and stay away from people who are sarcastic..as we feel more stress by spending time with sarcastic people.
  • Do exercise a few minutes daily,as we will get relief from stress and anxiety..
  • Listen to  slow and melodious music when feeling stressed  .
  • When stressed.. if you want to cry,do it immediately..it is a gods gift,which minimizes stress.
  • Take rest /break of 15 minutes for every 2 to 3 hours,when you are busy working..spend your time relaxing in a chair or spending with children or standing in a balcony..
Likewise..free yourself from stress and strain..as health being precious than  wealth.. a person has to take care of he himself only..

Nourishment..Nourish your hair with herbal oil at least once a week.

  • If you want your hair to remain healthy and free of split ends donot forget to massage with it.
  • Egg,curds,coconut milk and oil does a great job of nourishing your hair along with conditioning.
  • Regularly nourishing your hair in equal intervals of time in a beauty parlour, will make your hair to bounce and shine .
  • If not, your hair will look dry and coarse, like hay, looking like an old woman.
  • Atleast have headbath twice in a week,and before taking headbath nourish your hair with oil/coconut milk etc.
  • Naturally dry your hair,and do not use hair dryers until unless urgency.
