Stress..now a days we hear this word quite often very frequently..Women ,being sensitive face this,and if neglected the stress leads to many health problems..and there by loosing health,beauty and charm in the face..So here are some tips for a happy,peaceful life,avoiding stress..
- When you feel stress and strain,slowly deep breathe for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Switch off the cell/mobile for sometime when you feel stress..switch off the system and TV too..switch off the cell one hour before going to bed.
- Helping others is a good thing,but help only when it is risk free and when you are able to do it.
- But dont immerse yourself in helping others when it is a tough and difficult task for you..
- Spend with persons who are positive and happy..and stay away from people who are sarcastic..as we feel more stress by spending time with sarcastic people.
- Do exercise a few minutes daily,as we will get relief from stress and anxiety..
- Listen to slow and melodious music when feeling stressed .
- When stressed.. if you want to cry,do it immediately..it is a gods gift,which minimizes stress.
- Take rest /break of 15 minutes for every 2 to 3 hours,when you are busy working..spend your time relaxing in a chair or spending with children or standing in a balcony..
